My 20 years experience as a senior BBC manager and as a newsroom journalist have given me a first-rate understanding of how the media works and what you need to do when you’re called upon to face the microphones and cameras or give a quote to journalist over the phone.

I have access to the best BBC-trained media practitioners – including producer-directors, cameramen,web producers and social media experts; contacts built up over 30 years of working for the world’s top broadcaster.

I’m on first-name terms with some of the country’s top producers and importantly I know how to get through the editorial maze that external organisations often find difficult to negotiate when approaching media organisations.

My approach is inclusive and I’m an excellent listener.
